Doddington Pink Sandstone

Doddington Pink Sandstone is a durable sandstone quarried at the foot of the Cheviot Hills, situated in the Northumberland National Park. It is ideal for all dimensional stone applications as well as stone carving. It is a tight-grained stone with little or no discolouration.

Northumberland Buff Sandstone

Quarried in Northumberland near Hexham.

This is a course sandstone with sometimes small markings and iron flecks. It is medium hard and well-suited for walling and any other external applications.

Dukes Sandstone

Dukes Sandstone or sometimes called Gritstone is quarried in Derbyshire.

This stone has excellent weathering properties and is most commonly used for façade applications. It has pink/lilac/purple colours with beautiful bed markings.

Cove Red Sandstone

Quarried at Kirk Patrick Fleming in Southern Scotland.
Cove Red is a fine grained, warm terracotta-red coloured sandstone.
The stone can have distinct bed markings, giving it an interesting characteristic. It is suitable for most masonry applications

Peakmoor Buff Sandstone

Quarried on Stanton Moor situated in the Peak District National Park.

Peakmoor Buff is a fine to medium grained sandstone, predominantly buff in colour with occasional pink markings and brown iron intrusions. It is essentially a free stone and therefore almost equally durable in most common masonry applications, whichever way it's natural bed is laid.
