Roluna Stone Proudly Supports Berwick-upon-Tweed’s Old Bridge Restoration!
The iconic Berwick-upon-Tweed Old Bridge is undergoing a well-deserved restoration, and Roluna Stone is thrilled to be a part of it! Scaffolding is currently being erected, paving the way for restoration works to officially begin next month.
As with the first phase, Roluna Stone will be the trusted supplier of all the stone required for repairs on the bridge’s outer facade. We’re not just supplying materials; we’re genuinely invested in seeing this historic landmark restored to its former glory.
We can’t wait to get a closer look at the bridge during the restoration process, especially from the rarely-seen underside. This project is a true testament to Northumberland County Council‘s commitment to preserving Berwick’s rich heritage, and we’re honoured to contribute.
